Business Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking a Business Analyst with 2+ years of experience to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. This role involves working closely with stakeholders and technical teams to translate business needs into clear functional specifications.

Role & Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional specifications.
• Work closely with developers, QA, and project managers to ensure solution delivery.
• Create user stories, process flows, and software requirement specifications.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and stand-ups.
• Use tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office, or similar for tracking and documentation
• Assist in prioritizing requirements based on business value and feasibility

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
• Strong understanding of requirements gathering, documentation, and process mapping
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is preferred
• Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Excel, and related BA tools
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
