Senior Business Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to lead analysis across complex digital, enterprise and Al-enabled initiatives. This role will work at the intersection of business strategy, customer needs and technology delivery, translating complex problems into clear requirements, prioritised outcomes and practical delivery plans.

The Role

Lead Business Analysis Across the Delivery Lifecycle
You will:

  • Lead discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews and requirements sessions
  • Analyse business processes, user needs, risks, dependencies and constraints
  • Translate business objectives into clear requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Define and maintain delivery-ready backlogs, scope and priorities
  • Support solution design, estimation, testing, release readiness and business validation

Stakeholders & Delivery Leadership

Drive Clarity, Alignment and Decision-Making, You will work closely with clients, Product Owners, SMES, Architects, Engineering, QA and Delivery teams to:

  • Facilitate complex decisions and resolve competing priorities
  • Communicate scope, trade-offs, risks and dependencies clearly
  • Maintain alignment across distributed delivery teams
  • Ensure requirements are feasible, testable and traceable
  • Support governance, reporting and delivery planning

Digital, Data & AI

Shape Solutions for Modern Digital Environments, The role will contribute to initiatives involving:

  • APIs, integrations and enterprise platforms
  • Data flows, reporting and system dependencies
  • Digital products and process automation
  • Al-enabled products and business workflows
  • Al requirements including accuracy, explainability, human review and exception handling
  • You will help ensure emerging technology is applied with clear business value, appropriate governance and practical delivery outcomes.

Practice Leadership

Strengthen Business Analysis Capability, Beyond project delivery, you will:

  • Mentor and support Business Analysts
  • Review and improve BA artefacts and delivery quality
  • Contribute to BA standards, templates, governance and playbooks
  • Promote reusable practices, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
  • Support pre-sales discovery, mobilisation and scope definition where required

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of Business Analysis experience within software or digital delivery
  • Strong Agile delivery experience across Scrum and/or Kanban
  • Advanced requirements elicitation, analysis, modelling and documentation skills
  • Strong stakeholder management, facilitation and communication capability
  • Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence
  • Working understanding of APIs, integrations, data flows and reporting requirements
  • Experience working across cross-functional and distributed delivery teams
  • Desirable: CBAP or Agile certification, Figma/Lucidchart, Power BI, cloud platforms, Al-enabled products or automation initiatives.
