Associate Business Analyst

Job Description

We are looking for an Associate Business Analyst with 1 year of experience to support business analysis activities across projects. The role involves assisting in gathering requirements, documenting processes, and working closely with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure effective solution delivery.

Role & Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.
• Support preparation of user stories, process flows, and basic functional specifications
• Work with senior BAs, developers, and QA teams to ensure requirement clarity.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups and sprint reviews.
• Maintain documentation in tools like Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office or similar platforms.
• Support analysis of business processes and identify improvement opportunities.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1 year of experience in Business Analysis or a related role.
• Basic understanding of requirements gathering and documentation techniques.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Excel, or similar tools.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical mindset and willingness to
  learn.
• Internship or project experience in software or IT environments will be an added advantage.
