Key Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the banking or financial services industry.
- Hands-on experience in the Islamic Banking domain is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of Islamic Banking products, processes, compliance requirements, and Shariah-based banking operations.
- Strong requirements-gathering and analysis skills.
- Experience in stakeholder management.
- Ability to prepare BRDS, FRDs, process flows, and user stories.
- Strong documentation skills.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
