Key Responsibilities

• Requirements Support: Assist Business Analysts in gathering, understanding, and documenting business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
• Documentation: Support the preparation of user stories, acceptance criteria, functional requirements, process flows, meeting notes, and other project documentation.
• User Stories & Acceptance Criteria: Assist in writing clear and structured user stories and acceptance criteria under the guidance of senior team members.
  Requirements & Qualifications
• Educational Qualification: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Business Analysis Knowledge: Basic understanding of business analysis concepts, requirements gathering, software development, and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to understand problems, identify patterns, and think logically.
• Documentation Skills: Good understanding of how to document information clearly and systematically. Familiarity with user stories, acceptance criteria, or process flows would be an advantage.
• Wireframing: Basic knowledge of wireframing or UI/UX concepts is an added advantage.
• Agile Knowledge: Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies is an advantage.
• Communication: Good written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical team members.
• Collaboration: Ability to work effectively as part of a cross-functional team and coordinate with different stakeholders.
• Attitude & Learning: A proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, curiosity, willingness to learn, and genuine interest in technology and business analysis.
