Business Analyst

Job Description

Role Overview: We are looking for experienced BA’s with strong client-facing, ERP solutioning, and AI capabilities. This role requires someone who can engage directly with customers, understand complex business processes, design practical solutions, and effectively leverage AI tools and agents to support and accelerate system implementation.

Key Responsibilities as a Business Analyst:

• Lead customer discussions, workshops, requirement gathering, and solution discovery.
• Understand existing business processes, identify gaps, and translate requirements into clear functional and system requirements.
• Analyze and solution ERP and enterprise business workflows across different modules.
• Convert business requirements into well-structured workflows, user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, and solution specifications.
• Work closely with technical teams to translate business requirements into implementable solutions.
• Effectively use AI tools, LLMs, and AI agents for requirements analysis, solution design, prototyping, documentation, and implementation support.
• Create clear, structured instructions/prompts for AI agents to assist in building and configuring systems.
• Validate AI-generated solutions against business requirements and ensure functional accuracy.
• Act as the bridge between customers, AI-assisted development workflows, and engineering teams.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of Business Analysis experience, preferably within ERP or enterprise software environments.
• Strong hands-on understanding of ERP systems and end to end business processes.
• Excellent customer-facing communication, stakeholder management, and workshop facilitation skills.
• Strong solutioning mindset – able to move beyond documenting requirements and actively design solutions.
• Very good practical knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, and prompt/instruction engineering.
• Experience using AI-assisted tools to analyze requirements, prototype solutions, or accelerate software delivery.
• Ability to understand technical concepts, APIs, integrations, databases, and system workflows.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving capabilities.
