We support our clients by providing top-tier talent to help them scale their businesses and operations. We are currently hiring a Venture Analyst – Strategy & Operations for one of our clients, a venture-focused organization working closely with early-stage startups and founders to build scalable, high-impact businesses.

Position Overview

This is a senior-level, high-impact role suited for an experienced professional passionate about venture building, strategic growth, and operational leadership. The Senior Venture Analyst will work closely with executive leadership, drive key strategic initiatives, and play a critical role in stakeholder management, investment evaluation, and organizational growth.

You will gain deep exposure to startup ecosystems, venture operations, partnerships, and investment strategy while contributing directly to the company’s long-term vision and execution.

What You Will Be Doing

External Engagement (Representing the Organization)

  • Represent the organization in high-level meetings with startups, investors, mentors, partners, and financial stakeholders
  • Build, manage, and strengthen relationships across the startup and venture ecosystem
  • Lead and support fundraising discussions, strategic partnerships, and market expansion initiatives
  • Serve as a key relationship manager for portfolio companies and external collaborators
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and ecosystem engagement initiatives

Strategy & Operations Leadership

  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership to define and execute strategic priorities
  • Drive operational planning, execution tracking, and performance management initiatives
  • Lead market research, startup due diligence, investment analysis, and strategic assessments
  • Develop reports, presentations, investment memos, and financial models for leadership and stakeholders
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, mentors, founders, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution
  • Support process improvement and operational scalability initiatives across the organization

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience in venture capital, consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or startup operations
  • Proven exposure to building, scaling, or managing startups or venture-focused initiatives
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and financial modeling capabilities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with confidence in leading external discussions and presentations
  • Strong leadership mindset with the ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
  • Highly proactive, adaptable, and execution-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred; postgraduate qualifications are an added advantage
