Project Manager

Neon Labz (Pvt) Ltd is looking for a responsible and organized Project Manager to join our team in Jaffna. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating projects, communicating with clients and internal teams, monitoring project progress, and ensuring projects are delivered according to agreed requirements and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage software and digital solution projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate with developers, designers, QA, marketing, and other team members.
• Communicate with clients to understand requirements, provide updates, and coordinate deliverables.
• Define project tasks, priorities, timelines, and milestones.
• Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
• Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies and coordinate appropriate solutions.
• Track tasks and project activities using project management tools such as Jira or similar platforms.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with team members and stakeholders.
• Prepare project updates, reports, documentation, and meeting notes.
• Coordinate testing, revisions, approvals, deployments, and project handovers.
• Ensure client requirements and project expectations are clearly communicated to the development team.
• Support multiple projects and manage priorities effectively.

Requirements

• Diploma, HND, or degree inProject Management, Information Technology, Business Management, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience or understanding of software development and project management workflows.
• Good understanding of project planning, task management, deadlines, and documentation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and work with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with Jira, Trello, ClickUp, or similar project management tools is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of software development, web applications, and IT projects is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
