IT Support & Web Operations Intern

Loopz Global (Pvt) Ltd is expanding! We are looking for an enthusiastic and tech-savvy IT Support / Web Operations Intern to join our engineering and client solutions team.

If you have a passion for web hosting, cloud infrastructure, and technical troubleshooting, this is your chance to gain real-world industry experience.

 What You Will Learn & Do:

• Hands-on management of cPanel/WHM environments, domains, and web hosting.
• Configuring Cloudflare (DNS, SSL/TLS, Caching, and Security).
• Managing and troubleshooting corporate email systems (cPanel Webmail, Zoho, Google Workspace).
• Handling automated website and MySQL database backup & restore routines.
• Assisting with basic website maintenance, UI updates, and technical support inquiries.

 What We Look For:

• Following a Degree, Diploma, or relevant certification in IT, Computer Science, or Networking.
• Understanding of Web Hosting, cPanel, and DNS records (A, CNAME, MX, TXT).
• Familiarity with WordPress, PHP/Laravel, and basic HTML/CSS is an added advantage.
• Good problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn new cloud/web tools.
• Good communication skills to interact with team members and clients.
