Intern IT Support (Night Shift)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing technical support to end-users for hardware and software issues.
  • Installing, configuring and maintaining desktops, laptops and IT related devices.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.
  • Providing training and support to end users on the use of hardware and software.
  • Basic networking troubleshooting including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi and IP configuration.
  • Knowledge of network devices such as switches, routers and access points.
  • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and network performance.
  • Installing and configuring operating systems, printers and peripheral devices.
  • Diagnosing and resolving software, hardware and internet connectivity issues.
  • Maintaining IT inventory and documentation.

Qualifications

  • Higher National Diploma (HND) in Information Technology or related field.
  • Knowledge in computer hardware and networking.
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts and troubleshooting.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
