About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Intern to support the design of user-friendly mobile and web applications. You will collaborate remotely with our product and development teams to transform requirements and ideas into practical digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user-friendly interfaces for mobile and web applications.
• Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Translate business and user requirements into effective design solutions.
• Conduct basic user and competitor research.
• Improve existing designs based on feedback and usability findings.
• Create responsive layouts for different devices and screen sizes.
• Maintain consistency in colours, typography, spacing, components, and interactions.
• Create and maintain reusable components and design systems.
• Collaborate remotely with developers during design implementation.
• Prepare organized design files and documentation for developer handover.
• Participate in virtual meetings, design reviews, and project discussions.

Requirements

• Currently studying or recently completed a qualification in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, IT, Software Engineering, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of user-centred design and UI/UX principles.
• Proficiency in Figma or a similar design tool.
• Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and responsive interfaces.
• Good understanding of typography, colour, layout, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks remotely.
• Good communication skills and responsiveness during agreed working hours.
• Access to a reliable computer and internet connection.
• A UI/UX portfolio containing mobile or web application designs is mandatory.
