Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in IT or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365 & Microsoft Azure.
• Understanding of computer hardware, networking, and troubleshooting concepts. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies & adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work both independently & collaboratively within a team environment.
• A customer-focused attitude with a passion for providing excellent technical support.
