Associate Technical Lead (Fullstack)
We are looking for a highly motivated Associate Technical Lead / Technical Lead to join our engineering team in building and enhancing a modern mortgage and lending platform. The ideal candidate will have strong backend development experience, expertise in microservices architecture, and hands-on experience with cloud-native applications. You will work with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performing software solutions while contributing to technical discussions and best engineering practices.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using C# and ASP.NET Core.
- Build and support microservices and event-driven architectures using messaging technologies such as AWS SQS/SNS, Kafka, or RabbitMQ.
- Develop and optimize database solutions using MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or other relational databases.
- Build and maintain cloud-native applications on AWS, following security and performance best practices.
- Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms using OAuth2, JWT, IdentityServer, or similar identity management solutions.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, QA engineers, and DevOps teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Troubleshoot production issues and deliver high-quality, maintainable code following Agile development practices.
Core Competencies Required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong experience with C# and ASP.NET Core is mandatory. (experience with Java/Spring, Node.js/TypeScript, or NestJS is considered as added advantage).
- Hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React.js or Vue.js, with the ability to build responsive, user-friendly web applications and integrate them with backend services.
- Exposure to microservices architecture and message queue technologies such as AWS SQS/SNS, Kafka, or RabbitMQ is an advantage.
- Experience working with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.
- Experience developing and deploying applications on AWS (Azure or Google Cloud Platform experience is also acceptable).
- Good understanding of authentication and authorization technologies such as OAuth2, JWT, IdentityServer, Auth0, Keycloak, or Okta.
- Experience working with RESTful APIs and distributed systems.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
This role is a contract base employment. We are providing Direct foreign currency contract 6 moths to 1 year and it is renewable based on the candidates performance and client requirements.
