Project Manager – ELV / Smart Building

Join VS ONE WORLD and help deliver innovative ELV and Smart Building solutions that drive the future of intelligent infrastructure. We're looking for a proactive Project Manager with experience in ELV, BMS, ICT Infrastructure, or Smart Building projects who can lead teams, manage stakeholders, and deliver projects successfully.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define project plans, scope, budget, and schedule in collaboration with stakeholders and teams; execute tasks to achieve project objectives
  • Conduct risk analysis and proactively identify, manage, and report project risks and issues
  • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and brainstorming sessions to gather requirements, clarify objectives, and resolve issues
  • Identify project resource requirements and coordinate with respective line
    managers (internal/external) to secure resources
  • Coordinate internal and external teams using project management best practices
    and methodologies
  • Lead and facilitate project meetings, progress reviews, and presentations
  • Mentor and motivate team members, leading from the front to ensure project
    success and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor project progress and regularly communicate status, including risks and
    issues, to stakeholders
  • Monitor and control running costs against estimated budgets, taking corrective
    action when required
  • Organize and manage all phases of the project to ensure on-time, on-budget
    completion

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 2–3 years' experience in project management, preferably in ELV or
    Smart Building-related projects
  • PMP, CAPM, or similar project management certification is an added advantage
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, concepts, and best
    practices
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and handle multiple projects
    simultaneously
  • Strong team player with excellent written and verbal communication and
    presentation skills
  • Familiarity with project management templates, software, tools, and techniques
  • Skilled in active listening, presenting, and facilitating discussions with teams and
    stakeholders
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams and influence outcomes
  • Prior experience handling ELV projects will be considered a strong advantage
    Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
