Associate QA Engineer

Lycerix Global    Remote • Full-time

We're looking for a passionate Associate QA Engineer to join our growing team at Lycerix Global.

What You'll Do

  • Perform manual and automated testing for enterprise applications.
  • Test web applications, mobile apps (iOS & Android), and AI-powered solutions.
  • Create and execute test plans, test cases, and regression test suites.
  • Identify, document, and track bugs through resolution.
  • Work closely with developers, product managers, and designers to ensure high-quality releases.
  • Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and QA process improvements.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of QA experience in software testing.
  • Hands-on experience testing enterprise-level applications.
  • Strong experience with web and mobile application testing.
  • Experience validating AI/ML-powered features and workflows is a strong advantage.
  • Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience with API testing and bug tracking tools.
  • Knowledge of automation testing tools is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
