Full Stack Engineer (Project-Based / Task-Based)

Job Description

Lycerix Global is looking for a skilled Full Stack Engineer with 4+ years of experience to join our growing team on a project-based/task-based compensation model.

We're looking for someone who enjoys building high-quality software, works efficiently with AI-powered development tools, and takes ownership of delivering exceptional results.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs.
• Build responsive web applications and modern front-end interfaces.
• Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate development while maintaining code quality.
• Write clean, secure, and maintainable code.
• Deliver assigned tasks within agreed timelines.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer.
• Strong experience in backend, frontend, web, and mobile application development.
• Proficiency in modern programming languages and frameworks.
• Experience integrating APIs and working with cloud-based applications.
• Comfortable using AI-powered development tools (such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude, or similar) to improve productivity and code quality.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills with the ability to communicate directly with international clients.
• A positive attitude, strong sense of ownership, and commitment to delivering high-quality work on time.
