Associate - QA Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Associate - QA Engineer to support software testing and quality assurance activities. The role involves executing tests, identifying defects, and collaborating with development teams to ensure reliable software solutions. Candidates with strong analytical skills and a willingness to learn are preferred.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform manual and basic automated testing
• Identify, document, and track defects
• Collaborate with developers to resolve issues
• Prepare test cases and test reports
• Support regression and performance testing

Skills and Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of software testing methodologies.
• Familiarity with QA tools (e.g., Selenium, JIRA).
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) is an added advantage.
