Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Higher Diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering or IT 
  • 1+ years of experience in Software QA (Fresh graduates with internship experience are encouraged to apply).
  • SDLC & STLC understanding
  • Familiarity with manual testing for web & mobile apps
  • Basic understanding of API testing using Postman or similar tools
  • Understanding of SQL & relational databases
  • Basic understanding of Test automation concepts (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
  • Version Control (Git)
  • Basic knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute test cases for web, mobile and REST API applications
  • Perform functional, regression, smoke, integration and UAT testing
  • Validate new features against business requirements acceptance criteria
  • Log and track defects using JIRA or similar tools
  • Conduct API testing with Postman or equivalent platforms
  • Execute database testing to verify data integrity, accuracy and stored procedures.
  • Write and run SQL queries for MySQL, PostgreSQL or SQL Server.
  • Verify data synchronization between fronted, APIs and backend systems
  • Develop automated test scripts using Selenium, Cypress or Playwright
