Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and deploy desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment for employees across group locations.
  • Diagnose and resolve Level 1 hardware, operating system, and peripheral issues, ensuring timely technical support.
  • Maintain accurate IT asset records, including hardware inventory, allocation, transfers, and disposal in line with company policies.
  • Configure and support Windows devices, printers, basic networking equipment, and branch-level IT infrastructure.
  • Coordinate with vendors for warranty claims, repairs, hardware replacements, and assist with IT audits and new employee onboarding.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or hardware technician roles.
  • Hands-on knowledge of PC hardware, Windows 10/11 installation and troubleshooting, printers, and peripheral devices.
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts, including IP addressing, DHCP, DNS, Ethernet, and wireless connectivity.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills; experience with Active Directory, CCTV, or corporate IT environments will be an added advantage.
