Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and deploy desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment for employees across group locations.
- Diagnose and resolve Level 1 hardware, operating system, and peripheral issues, ensuring timely technical support.
- Maintain accurate IT asset records, including hardware inventory, allocation, transfers, and disposal in line with company policies.
- Configure and support Windows devices, printers, basic networking equipment, and branch-level IT infrastructure.
- Coordinate with vendors for warranty claims, repairs, hardware replacements, and assist with IT audits and new employee onboarding.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or hardware technician roles.
- Hands-on knowledge of PC hardware, Windows 10/11 installation and troubleshooting, printers, and peripheral devices.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts, including IP addressing, DHCP, DNS, Ethernet, and wireless connectivity.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills; experience with Active Directory, CCTV, or corporate IT environments will be an added advantage.
