Platform & Security Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps platforms using AWS/Azure/GCP and Infrastructure-as-Code tools.
  • Manage containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes while ensuring high system availability, performance, and scalability.
  • Implement and maintain cybersecurity controls, including vulnerability assessments, security monitoring, identity and access management (IAM), and incident response.
  • Collaborate with development teams to integrate DevSecOps practices, automate deployments, and ensure compliance with security and data privacy standards.
  • Support infrastructure monitoring, backup, disaster recovery, regulatory compliance (ISO 27001, PDPA, CBSL), and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in DevOps,
  • Cloud Engineering, Systems Administration, Platform Engineering, or Cybersecurity.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab Cl, Jenkins), Docker, Kubernetes, Linux administration, and Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, cloud security, networking, identity and access management (IAM), vulnerability management, scripting (Python, Bash, or PowerShell), and DevSecOps practices.
  • Professional certifications such as AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner/Solutions Architect, CompTIA Security+, CEH, CISSP, or equivalent, along with knowledge of ISO 27001, PDPA, and enterprise security frameworks, will be an added advantage.
