Technical Lead Cyber Security Operations Centre (SOC)

Responsibilities

  • Manage L2 security incidents and major escalations.
  • Administer and optimize EDR/XDR/MDR solutions.
  • Conduct security assessments, audits, and reviews. 
  • Prepare reports and improve security policies.
  • Mentor junior L1 team members in SOC operations.
  • Coordinate with onsite international teams to deliver high-quality security services.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of Cyber Security experience, preferably in a SOC.
  • Degree in Cyber Security or related field.
  • Experience with EDR/XDR tools (CrowdStrike, Cybereason, Microsoft Defender, etc.).
  • Knowledge of SIEM, vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and malware analysis.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA Security+ or Certified SOC Analyst (CSA) are advantageous.
