Business Analyst

About this role

We are looking for a dynamic and technology-driven Business Analyst with 2–3 years of experience to join our team. This is not a traditional documentation-focused BA role. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients, leadership, product teams, and engineering teams to discover business needs, design solutions, create prototypes, conduct product demonstrations, and drive successful product delivery. The role requires someone who can comfortably switch between business analysis, solution consulting, product thinking, and client engagement while managing multiple projects simultaneously. Experience with modern AI tools, prototyping platforms, and Agile product delivery is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and system requirements.
  • Conduct client workshops, discovery sessions, requirement-gathering meetings, and stakeholder interviews.
  • Create user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, business workflows, and functional specifications.
  • Develop low and high-fidelity prototypes and wireframes using modern design and prototyping tools.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, solution walkthroughs, and customer presentations.
  • Work closely with leadership, Product Owners, UI/UX Designers, Developers, and
  • QA teams to define product strategy, shape innovative solutions, and ensure successful delivery across multiple projects and the entire product lifecycle.
  • Utilize AI tools to accelerate analysis, documentation, prototyping, research, and solution design activities.
  • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and digital transformation.
  • Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, release planning, and product prioritization activities.
  • Manage and support multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and delivery timelines.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to validate requirements and proposed solutions.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and ensure delivered solutions meet business expectations.
  • Assist business development and pre-sales activities by supporting product presentations, solution proposals, client discussions, and demonstrations.
  • Prepare professional documentation, presentations, reports, and customer-facing materials.
  • Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Information Systems,
  • Computer Science, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, Solution Analyst, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Experience writing user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, and business requirements.
  • Experience creating prototypes and wireframes using Figma or similar tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to confidently engage with clients and conduct solution demonstrations.
  • Experience managing multiple initiatives and priorities simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working on SaaS, HR Tech, Recruitment, ERP, CRM, Workforce Management, or Enterprise Software solutions.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar project management tools.
  • Experience leveraging AI-powered tools for business analysis, documentation, prototyping, and productivity.
  • Exposure to business development, pre-sales, solution consulting, or customer success activities.
  • Understanding of UX principles and product design thinking methodologies.
