Associate Business Analyst / Business Analyst

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Associate Business Analyst / Business Analyst to join our growing team. This role is ideal for

Key Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to understand business problems and translate them into clear requirements
• Create and maintain requirement documents (SRS, user stories, acceptance criteria)
• Assist in designing workflows, process flows, and system interactions
• Develop wireframes/mockups to visualize proposed solutions
• Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and other stakeholders to ensure
  clarity of requirements
• Support multiple projects or clients simultaneously and manage priorites effectively

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Good critical thinking and analytical abilities
• Ability to understand technical concepts & work with software teams or
• Ability to adapt quickly to new domains and business areas
