Motion Graphic Designer / Video Editor

The Role

You will lead the production of short-form product and automation videos for executive presentations, sales conversations, conferences, digital campaigns, and product education. This is not a conventional video editing role. It requires the ability to understand complex software workflows, identify the most important narrative, and use motion design to make that process immediately understandable to a nontechnical audience.

You will work directly with product, engineering, revenue cycle, and commercial teams from initial discovery and scripting through screen capture, animation, sound design, review, and final delivery.

  • 60-180 SECONDS Typical video duration

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct discovery sessions with SMES.
  • Create scripts, storyboards, and visual narratives.
  • Record software demos using synthetic data. Design UI animations and motion graphics
  • Ensure strong visual hierarchy and pacing.
  • Edit voiceovers, music, and sound effects.
  • Create multiple format and aspect-ratio versions.
  • Manage feedback and version control. Organize and package project files.
  • Follow data security and confidentiality requirements.
  • Support the company's visual storytelling strategy.

Required Experience & Capabilities

  • 3+ years in motion design, Ul animation, or product videos.
  • Strong portfolio of software demos and Ul animations.
  • Expert in Adobe After Effects.
  • Skilled in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
  • Strong animation, typography, and design principles.
  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
  • Knowledge of screen capture and post-production workflows.
  • Experience following brand and accessibility standards.
  • Strong data security and asset management practices.
  • Excellent file organization and quality control.
  • Fluent English communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
