Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) function.
• Drive RCM performance, process improvements, and operational excellence.
• Analyze key metrics and implement solutions to improve outcomes.
  Lead, develop, and scale high-performing RCM teams.
• Collaborate with leadership on strategy, workforce planning, and business growth.
• Ensure compliance with US healthcare regulations and payer requirements.

Key Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
• Strong experience in US Healthcare RCM operations.
• Expertise in denials & appeals, AR management, billing. claims, and payer processes.
• Solid understanding of ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers.
• Proven experience leading RCM teams and driving operational performance.
• Experience managing key RCM KPIs such as denial rates, AR days, collections, and clean claim rates.
• Strong background in process improvement, automation, and workflow optimization.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience presenting operational performance and recommendations to senior leadership.
