Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 2-4 years of QA experience covering manual, automation, frontend, backend, and integration testing
• Hands-on experience with Python-based test automation
• Experience in healthcare or RCM is an advantage

Skills & Competencies:

• Proficient in both manual and automated testing
• Familiar with frontend testing tools (Selenium, pytest, Cypress, or Playwright) and API tools (Postman, REST Assured)
• Able to write basic SQL for backend/database validation
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
• Understanding of US healthcare and RCM processes is a plus

Additional Information

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps) is advantageous
• HIPAA-compliant environment experience is preferred
