Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Executive - IT to provide hands-on technical support and maintain IT infrastructure, systems, and security across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Windows environments, Microsoft 365, networking, and infrastructure support, with the ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently and deliver reliable technical assistance to users.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, operating systems, networks, servers, printers, and other IT infrastructure.
- Provide technical support to employees, manage user accounts and access permissions, and ensure compliance with IT security policies.
- Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including email accounts, password resets, shared mailboxes, group management, MFA, SharePoint, Teams, and email backup and recovery.
- Monitor system performance, cybersecurity risks, backups, and data protection measures while implementing preventive maintenance and system improvements.
- Support business applications, cloud services, IT equipment, and infrastructure while coordinating with vendors and service providers for issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate IT documentation, asset inventories, system records, and reports, and assist with equipment setup and configuration.
- Train users on software, Microsoft 365 features, IT systems, and cybersecurity best practices while providing ongoing technical guidance.
- Collaborate with internal teams and departments to ensure reliable IT operations and timely resolution of technical issues.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure and system support.
- Strong knowledge of Windows desktop support and Microsoft 365 administration, including email configuration, incident management, shared mailboxes, group management, MFA, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts, including IP configuration, DNS, Proxy, and VPN.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity, backup and recovery, system administration, and cloud services.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Previous experience supporting U.S. or UK based clients will be an added advantage.
- Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and organizational skills, with the flexibility to work outside core business hours when required.
- Open to work according to standard U.S. business hours and calendar.
