The Role

We are looking for a proactive, technically-minded Client Solutions Consultant to own the entire post-sales lifecycle. You will be the primary face of the company for our clients responsible for onboarding them, deeply understanding their business requirements, and ensuring our development team delivers exactly what they need. This is a high-impact role that combines Business Analysis, Relationship Management, and Project Facilitation.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Client Ownership: Serve as the dedicated point of contact from initial onboarding through to long-term success and retention.
  • Strategic Onboarding: Lead the implementation process for new clients, setting clear milestones and ensuring a seamless transition into our ecosystem.
  • Requirement Engineering: Conduct discovery workshops to translate client business goals into clear, technical functional specifications and user stories for the engineering team.
  • Client Training & Enablement: Design and deliver tailored training sessions to ensure clients are power users of our platform and realize maximum value.
  • Relationship & Growth Management: Build deep trust with stakeholders, proactively identifying risks to account health and facilitating solutions before they escalate.
  • Continuous Guidance: Act as a "Trusted Advisor," providing ongoing consultancy on best practices and how to leverage our SaaS product to solve their evolving business challenges.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Experience: 1+ years in a client-facing role (Business Analyst, Implementation Specialist, or Technical Account Manager) within the SaaS industry.
  • Communication: Exceptional presentation skills and the ability to command a room (virtual or physical).
  • Analytical Skills: Proven ability to document business processes and translate them into actionable project tasks.
  • Education: Degree in Business, IT, Communications, or a related field.
