We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Technical Support Team.

What You'll Do ?

  • Support client implementations and technical configurations
  • Troubleshoot system and connectivity issues
  • Assist with biometric device integrations
  • Coordinate with clients and internal teams

What We're Looking For

  • Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, IP configurations)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
  • IT-related qualifications or experience are an advantage
