Assistant Manager – Business Intelligence & Analytics (Night Shift)

Job Description

Requirements

• Degree in Business Management, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar capacity.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Partly qualified in CIMA/ACCA (preferred).
• Excellent command of English with proven client communication experience.
• Experience with Business Intelligence tools (definite advantage).
• Prior experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (added advantage).
• Open to work according to standard US hours and calendar (Night Shift).

• Assist with reporting requirements and business case development.
• Implement advanced strategies for data gathering, review, and analysis.
• Apply best practices to improve and streamline existing processes.
• Train and develop new employees within the analytics team.
• Ensure overall service quality and system availability.
• Collaborate closely with the manager to meet client requirements with high standards.
