Position Summary

The Senior Executive/Assistant Manager - Business Development will be responsible for driving new sales revenue identifying business opportunities, conducting product demostrations, managing customer relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets for GalleryHR solutions.

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills with a passion for achieving results while effectively working with teams and leading junior team members

Responsibilities

  • Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets from new customer acquisitions.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for potential customers.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and agreements accurately and on time.
  • Follow up with prospects continuously to convert opportunities into confirmed business.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
    Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Sales, HR, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management.
  • Experience in SaaS, HR software, ERP, or technology solution sales will be an added advantage.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong customer relationship management and business communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of handling multiple sales opportunities.
