Application Support Engineer

A skilled and motivated Application Support Engineer is being sought to join the growing technology team at CK Orbits. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, technical troubleshooting capabilities, and the ability to support business critical applications in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical and functional support for business applications and systems to be provided
  • Application performance and system availability to be monitored and maintained
  • Application related incidents and technical issues to be investigated, analyzed, and resolved
  • Coordination with development teams to be carried out for bug fixes and system improvements
  • Deployments, configurations, and release activities to be supported
  • Issue logs, technical documentation, and support reports to be maintained accurately
  • Timely resolution of service requests and incidents to be ensured
  • End users to be assisted with technical guidance and application support when required

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in Application Support or Technical Support roles
  • Strong knowledge of SQL databases and troubleshooting methodologies
  • Understanding of web applications, APIs, and system integrations
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
  • Experience with Microsoft technologies and cloud platforms will be considered an added advantage
