.NET Software Engineer

A passionate and skilled .NET Software Engineer with 3+ years of experience is being sought to join a fast growing technology team.

Professionals with expertise in modern Microsoft technologies, scalable application development, cloud platforms, and API driven architectures are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scalable web applications and APIs to be designed, developed, and maintained using .NET technologies
  • RESTful APIs and third party integrations to be implemented
  • Performance, scalability, and security of applications to be optimized
  • Collaboration to be carried out with UI/UX, QA, DevOps, and business teams
  • CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment environments to be utilized
  • Modern software engineering practices and coding standards to be followed

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years of hands-on professional experience in .NET development (ASP.NET Core, C#, .NET 6/7/8)
  • Strong proficiency in C# with a solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and design patterns
  • Proven experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and web services
  • Solid knowledge of SQL Server — query optimisation, stored procedures, indexing, and data modelling
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js
  • Experience with Entity Framework Core or other ORM frameworks
  • Working knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git (GitHub / Azure DevOps)
  • Understanding of software testing methodologies — unit testing, integration testing, and test-driven development (TDD)
  • Exposure to cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS
  • Experience with containerisation tools (Docker) is an advantage

  • Kubernetes and container orchestration
  • Redis, RabbitMQ, or Kafka
  • Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions
  • Clean Architecture, CQRS, and DDD
  • AI integrations and automation solutions
