Overview

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Project Manager to plan, execute, and deliver software projects within defined timelines and budgets. The ideal candidate will take ownership of projects and software products rather than focusing solely on delivery. You will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to understand business needs, manage resources effectively, solve problems, and ensure the delivery of high-quality products that create real value.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business and client requirements.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, milestones, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, finance, management, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Understand client requirements and translate business needs into clear project objectives and actionable plans.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients, management, and other stakeholders.
• Identify, assess, and support the mitigation of project risks, issues, dependencies, and potential delays.
• Facilitate effective communication between team members, clients, and stakeholders to maintain project alignment.
• Allocate and manage project resources effectively to ensure milestones and deliverables are achieved.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, meeting notes, status reports, risks, decisions, and action items.
• Proactively identify project challenges and make timely decisions to keep projects moving forward.
• Take ownership of project outcomes and continuously look for ways to improve product quality, delivery processes, and customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and the development of project management best practices.
• Provide constructive feedback to team members and support their continuous improvement.
• Ensure projects are delivered with the expected level of quality, within agreed timelines and budgets.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management, preferably within a software development or technology environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, technical teams, management, and other stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
• Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools.
• Good understanding of budgeting, resource allocation, project planning, and risk management.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to identify issues and develop practical solutions.
• Strong stakeholder and client-management skills, with the ability to understand requirements and manage expectations effectively.
• Strong ability to understand team dynamics, identify team needs, and communicate expectations clearly.
• Strong decision-making skills, with the ability to make timely and independent decisions when required.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
