About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic IT Technician Intern to join our team. This is a paid internship designed for individuals who are passionate about technology and eager to gain practical experience in computer hardware, networking, servers, and IT support.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in diagnosing and troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, and IT equipment Support installation and configuration of Windows and Linux operating systems
• Assist with software installations, updates, and system maintenance
  Troubleshoot basic LAN, WI-FI, DNS, DHCP, and network connectivity issues
• Support Active Directory user management and password resets
• Assist with Windows Server and Linux Server administration tasks
• Help maintain Il asset records, support tickets, and technical documentation
• Perform hardware upgrades, driver installations, and preventive maintenance 
• Support backup procedures, antivirus management, and cybersecurity practices
• Participate in network cabling, cable testing, and infrastructure-related tasks
• Provide end-user technical support and escalate complex issues when required

Requirements

• Following or completed a Diploma, Certificate, NVQ. HND, or Degree in Information Technology. Computer Networking, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• Basic understanding of computer hardware and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems
• Basic knowledge of networking concepts such as IP Addressing, DNS, DHCP, LAN, and Wi-Fi
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong willingness to learn and develop technical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Added Advantages

• Knowledge of VMware, ESXi, Active Directory, Windows Server, or Linux Server
• Familiarity with MySQL, Nginx, Apache, or web hosting concepts
• Basic knowledge of routers, switches, firewalls, and structured cabling
• Possession of a valid motorcycle riding license
