FINAP is looking for a motivated IT Hardware & Networking Intern to join our team!

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot basic Windows and macOS software and system-related issues
• Assist with diagnosing and resolving hardware issues on Mac and Windows devices
• Assist with basic hardware repairs, upgrades, and maintenance
• Provide technical support for laptops, desktops, monitors, printers, and other IT peripherals
• Maintain and regularly update the IT asset registry
• Assist with basic network troubleshooting and connectivity issues
• Support basic networking tasks involving LAN, Wi-Fi, IP addresses, DNS, DHCP, routers, and switches
• Document troubleshooting activities, repairs, and asset-related information
• Assist the IT team with day-to-day technical support and other IT-related tasks

What We're Looking For

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, Networking, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting
• Basic understanding of Windows and macOS
• Basic knowledge of networking concepts such as IP addressing, LAN, Wi-Fi, DNS, and DHCP
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Willingness to learn and work hands-on with different IT devices
• Good communication and teamwork skills
