IT Technician

Winforth Technology Solutions (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a skilled IT Technician to join our technical team. This role is ideal for a proactive Individual with strong technical expertise and a focus on field service excellence.

Key Requirements

  • Technical Expertise: Proven 3 years of experience in computer hardware maintenance, network systems, trouble-shooting, and professional CCTV installation/configuration.
  • Strong knowledge & ability to lead IT Projects ensuring the smooth rollout of new systems and applications within agreed timelines and budget.
  • Education: Successful completion of G.C.E. Advanced Level is mandatory
  • Professional qualification or certification in Computer Hardware and Networking is required.
  • Maintenance & Repair: Ability to carry out preventive maintenance and repairs on various IT equipment.
  • Field Mobility: Must possess a valid driving license and be willing to attend on-site service calls.
  • Location Priority: Candidates residing in the Negombo area will be given strict priority.
  • Coordination: Ability to coordinate schedules effectively with technical supervisors.
  • Documentation: Proficiency in maintaining accurate service records, maintenance logs, and technical reports.
