Job Description

The Trainee IT Technician role at RASUNSOFT is a full-time, on-site position based in Ja-Ela. The person in this role will assist with diagnosing and resolving basic hardware and software issues, setting up workstations and peripherals, and supporting routine maintenance of IT systems. Day-to-day tasks include responding to user support requests, documenting issues and resolutions, and escalating complex problems to senior technicians. The trainee will shadow experienced team members, follow established procedures, and participate in training activities to build core IT support skills.
