Job Description

We are looking for a hands-on Azure DevOps Analyst / Platform Administrator with strong experience in administering and governing Azure DevOps as an enterprise delivery platform.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Azure DevOps organization and project administration
• User access, security groups, permissions & least-privilege controls
• Repository, pipeline & service connection permissions
• Azure Boards, backlogs, sprints, capacity & team configuration
• Area Paths, Iteration Paths & multi-team delivery structures
• Work item types, fields, states, rules & workflows
• Dashboards, shared queries & reporting
• Service hooks, webhooks & Azure DevOps integrations
• Marketplace extension administration & governance
• Audit controls, support documentation & runbooks
• User/admin training and platform adoption

We are looking for candidates who can clearly explain what they personally configured, what permissions they managed, why the platform was designed in a particular way, and how those decisions impacted security, reporting, usability, supportability, and auditability.
