Technical Project Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a driven Technical Project Manager with 3–5 years of experience to lead end-to-end delivery of software and technology projects. This role requires hands-on expertise in both Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and SDLC (Waterfall/Hybrid) methodologies, along with strong planning and execution capabilities using Microsoft Project. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of technical projects across Agile and SDLC environments
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and dependencies using Microsoft Project
  • Select and adapt delivery approaches based on project complexity and stakeholder needs
  • Collaborate with engineering, QA, DevOps, and business teams to drive execution
  • Define scope, timelines, and deliverables aligned with business objectives
  • Track progress, manage risks and issues, and ensure timely resolution
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure smooth sprint execution
  • Ensure compliance with SDLC processes, including requirements, design, development, testing, and release
  • Manage vendor coordination and external dependencies
  • Optimize resource utilization and team productivity
  • Maintain clear, proactive communication with stakeholders and leadership
  • Drive continuous improvement in delivery practices

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience managing software/IT projects
  • Proven experience in both Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and SDLC models (Waterfall or Hybrid)
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Project, including planning,
    dependency mapping, and tracking
  • Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Experience managing cross-functional technical teams
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and ClickUp
  • Basic knowledge of APIs, integrations, and cloud environments
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities

Preferred Qualifications

  • CSM, PSM, or PMP certification
  • Experience working with distributed or global teams
  • Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
