Associate UI/UX Designer

About the Role

We are seeking a creative and detail oriented Associate UI/UX Designer to join our product and design team. In this role, you will contribute to designing intuitive, user friendly interfaces and seamless user experiences across web and mobile platforms. You will collaborate closely with designers, developers, product managers, and stakeholders to transform ideas into engaging digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in designing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and design specifications.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
  • Maintain design consistency using design systems and style guides.
  • Optimize user flows and interaction patterns for better usability.
  • Understands B2B platform UX/UI
  • Iterate designs based on user feedback, analytics, and stakeholder input.
  • Has a strong sense for selecting an appropriate main color scheme

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in UI/UX design or a related role
  • Proficiency in Figma for UI/UX design, prototyping, and design systems. 
  • Experience with Framer for developing responsive, interactive websites and landing pages.
  • Solid understanding of usability principles, interaction design, and visual design.
  • Knowledge of user centered design methodologies.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience creating advanced animations or micro-interactions.
  • Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
  • Understanding of accessibility standards .
  • Exposure to user analytics tools or A/B testing.
  • Basic knowledge of frontend frameworks.
  • Portfolio demonstrating UI/UX projects or case studies.
