Associate AI/ML Developer

We’re looking for an Associate AI/ML Developer passionate about Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Computer Vision. You’ll work on building and integrating intelligent systems with a strong focus on machine vision, image processing, video analytics, and real-world AI applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and integrate AI/ML solutions for real world applications
  • Build and improve machine vision and computer vision systems
  • Develop solutions for video processing, object detection, tracking, and classification
  • Work with image and video data, preprocessing, augmentation, and inference pipelines
  • Train, evaluate, fine-tune, and optimize ML/DL models
  • Integrate AI models into production applications and APIs
  • Work with technologies such as OpenCV, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Python
  • Deploy and manage AI/ML services on GCP or AWS
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize AI/ML systems
  • Collaborate with backend, frontend, product, and QA teams
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical documentation

Must-Have Skills

  • 1-2 years of professional or hands-on experience in AI/ML, Computer Vision, or Software Development
  • Strong Python programming skills
  • Good understanding of ML and Deep Learning fundamentals
  • Practical knowledge of Computer Vision and Image Processing
  • Experience with OpenCV or similar libraries
  • Understanding of image and video processing pipelines
  • Familiarity with object detection, classification, segmentation, and tracking
  • Working knowledge of PyTorch and/or TensorFlow
  • Experience with datasets, preprocessing, and model evaluation
  • Basic understanding of REST APIs and software integration
  • Working knowledge of Git/GitHub and Linux
  • Strong software engineering fundamentals

Good to Have

  • Experience with real-time video processing or streaming
  • Familiarity with RTSP, FFmpeg, GStreamer, or WebRTC
  • Experience with YOLO or other object detection models
  • Knowledge of ONNX, TensorRT, CUDA, or OpenVINO
  • Experience with Edge AI / Edge Computing
  • Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes
  • Experience with cloud-based AI/ML deployment
  • Understanding of MLOps and model monitoring
