About the job

We are looking for an Associate Full Stack Developer with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Laravel, Vue.js, Next.js and AWS to join our development team. You will build and maintain features across the front end and back end of our EdTech platforms, working alongside senior developers who will support your growth. 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain end-to-end features using Laravel on the back end and Vue.js and Next.js on the front end
  • Build and integrate RESTful APIs between Laravel services and Vue.js / Next.js applications
  • Deploy, monitor and support applications on AWS (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS)
  • Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces that improve the learning experience
  • Take part in code reviews and collaborate with developers, designers, QA and product teams in an agile environment, tracking work in Jira
  • Write clean, tested and well-documented code following team standards for quality and security
  • Debug, troubleshoot and fix issues across the full stack 

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of professional experience in full stack web development
  • Intermediate experience with Vue.js (components, state management, Composition API)
  • Intermediate experience with PHP and the Laravel framework (routing, Eloquent ORM, migrations, queues, API development)
  • Intermediate experience with Next.js (routing, serverside rendering, API integration)
  • Intermediate experience with AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS) and deploying web applications to the cloud
  • Solid understanding of RESTful API design and integration
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail  
  • Experience with Git and agile development using Jira
  • Good knowledge of relational databases and SQL  (e.g., MySQL)
  • Good communication and teamwork skills 

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in the EdTech industry  Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker
  • A portfolio, GitHub profile, or contributions to opensource projects
  • Understanding of learning management systems (LMS)
