Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Demand Generation

  • Design and execute demand generation programmes that convert content engagement into a qualified pipeline.
  • Build and manage gated content offers, lead magnets, and landing page conversion flows.
  • Coordinate campaign sequencing across content, email, and social support pipeline targets.
  • Own email marketing strategy and execution: nurture sequences, campaign sends, list segmentation, and CRM hygiene in coordination with Sales.
  • Report on content and pipeline KPIs on a regular cadence: email engagement, lead volume, content-attributed pipeline, and conversion rates.

Brand Solutioning & Advisory

  • Develop compelling solution messaging and market positioning.
  • Create case studies, pitch decks, and sales collateral.
  • Monitor competitors and strengthen brand differentiation.
  • Produce advisory-style assets (frameworks, whitepapers, diagnostics) that build trust and credibility at the point of consideration.
  • Build market and category education that creates awareness ahead of demand generation.

Content Strategy & Production

  • Own and execute a structured content strategy aligned with Swivel Group's brand positioning, audience segments, and SEO objectives.
  • Build and manage the content calendar spanning long-form articles, thought leadership, blog content and LinkedIn-native formats.
  • Write and produce a high volume of content independently, using Al tools to accelerate research, drafting, repurposing, and editing workflows.
  • Build and own a thought leadership programme that establishes Swivel Group as a credible voice across its industry verticals internationally.
  • Repurpose cornerstone content across formats (e.g. articles to LinkedIn posts, webinar transcripts to guides).

SEO Content and On-Page

  • Own keyword strategy and on-page SEO execution.
  • Identify content opportunities and build topic authority.
  • Monitor and improve organic search performance.
  • Support content-led link-building initiatives.
  • Flag technical issues surfaced through content work.

Al-driven Marketing

  • Leverage Al tools to accelerate content creation, research, SEO, and campaign execution.
  • Develop and refine Al-powered workflows to improve efficiency and content quality.
  • Use Al to support SEO optimization, content planning, and demand generation activities.
  • Stay up to date with emerging Al tools and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
    Minimum 5 - 8 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in technology, staffing, or professional services.
  • Proven experience in content strategy, on-page SEO, and demand generation.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, marketing automation, email marketing, and SEO analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Active and confident use of Al tools in day-to-day marketing activities (Mandatory).
