Work Location: Work From Office / Work From Home (Shift Basis)

ITX Digital Services (PVT) LTD is a fast-growing digital solutions company specializing in web development, digital marketing, and customer support services. We are expanding our team and looking for motivated individuals to grow with us.

We are looking for energetic and responsible Female Customer Service & Sales Executives to handle customer interactions, support sales activities, and deliver excellent service experiences.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

✔ Handle inbound and outbound customer communications professionally
✔ Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions
✔ Support sales activities and convert leads into customers
✔ Maintain accurate customer records and updates
✔ Follow up with clients for satisfaction and retention
✔ Manage inquiries, complaints, and service requests
✔ Work with internal systems for daily operations

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong communication skills (English preferred)
  • Good interpersonal and customer handling skills
  • Sales mindset with problem-solving ability
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • GCE A/L or Undergraduate and above

WORK DETAILS

🕘 Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
💰 Salary: LKR 50,000 – 70,000 (Negotiable based on experience)
