Job Description

Fluent in spoken English is mandatory.
Exceptional product presentation and demonstration skills.
Provide first-line support to HotelMate customers via phone, email, live chat, and WhatsApp
Assist hotel staff with system setup, user training, and day-to-day operations.
Must own a laptop or desktop computer capable of handling online meetings, customer support, and product demonstrations.
Must own a reliable internet access.
Must have access to a quiet working environment suitable for customer calls, virtual meetings, and training sessions.
