Tele Sales & Customer Service Executive

Job Description

• G.C.E. A/L or equivalent qualification; diploma or professional qualification is an added advantage.
• 1–2 years of experience in tele sales, customer service, telesales, or a similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong English communication skills; knowledge of Sinhala/Tamil or other languages is an advantage.
• Confident and friendly telephone manner.
• Ability to identify customer needs and convert inquiries into sales.
• Good negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems, MS Office, WhatsApp, and email.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Target-oriented and willing to work with sales KPIs and targets.
• Good follow-up and relationship-management skills.
