About Us:
LocalCom is an Australian telecommunications company providing Internet, VoIP, Hosted PBX, and cloud communication services to business customers across Australia. We are expanding our support team in Sri Lanka to support our growing customer base and new platforms.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to handle L1 and L2 support for internet, VoIP, and Hosted PBX services. You will troubleshoot customer issues, support networks and phone systems, and work with carriers and internal teams to resolve faults.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Network Support or VoIP Support
- Good spoken and written English
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Energetic, motivated, and willing to learn
- Able to work Australian business hours (8:00 AM Brisbane time)
