Key Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.
• Support the creation of functional specifications, user stories, and process workflows.
• Conduct market, competitor, and business research to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and project managers.
• Help analyze business processes and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and performance.
• Participate in meetings, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions.
• Assist in preparing project documentation, reports, and presentations.
• Support testing and validation activities to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and business strategy discussions.

What We’re Looking For

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic understanding of business analysis concepts and methodologies.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to gather, organize, and document requirements effectively.
• Knowledge of tools such as Jira, Trello, Lucidchart, or Figma is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
