About the Role

We're seeking a creative and detail-oriented Creative Designer Intern to join our team at Optimize Solutions. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience designing social media creatives, editing reels, and working with AI-powered creative tools on real brand projects. You'll collaborate with the marketing team to bring brand stories to life across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design engaging social media creatives and graphics for various platforms.
  • Edit short-form videos and reels using Premiere Pro and CapCut.
  • Utilize AI creative tools to enhance and speed up design workflows.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and content teams on real brand projects.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all visual content.
  • Stay updated on social media design trends and best practices.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative reviews.

What We’re Looking For

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design,
  • Multimedia Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
  • Experience with video editing tools such as Premiere Pro and CapCut.
  • Familiarity with AI creative tools (e.g., Midjourney, Canva AI, Adobe Firefly).
  • Strong eye for design, layout, and visual storytelling.
  • Good understanding of social media trends and content formats.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote/hybrid environment.
